A Dana Light condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Wendy Kersh who represented the buyer.  24093 Vista Corona #35, Dana Point sold for $575,000 and closed escrow on 5/5/21.  This was a very quick sale with the condo being on the market for only 2 days when Wendy's client secured the property.  The two bedroom, two bath condo was originally listed at $559,888 and ended up selling for $575,000 due to a variety of big selling features.  First, the condo featured an approximate 844 square feet with one detached garage and one carport space according to our multiple listing service.  Second, the condo incorporated a lot of outdoor spaces like the patio off the living room and the huge upstairs deck off the Master Bedroom with plenty of room for entertaining.
