A Downtown San Clemente home has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Sherry Bauer who represented the buyer.  226 Avenida Monterey, San Clemente sold for $1,925,000 and closed escrow on 3/31/21.  The four bedroom, three bath home featured an approximate 2,330 square feet of living space and was a detached single family residence that was built in 1948.  The property was on the market for a total of 36 days and sold $70,000 lower than the original list price of $1,995,000.  The was a very nicely updated home that featured beautifully designed bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms and was no surprised that that home sold after being on the market for a little over a month.
