A Laguna Hills condo has just sold by Cara Farley of Beach Cities Real Estate who was the buyer's representative.  The property located at 22356 Caminito Tecate closed escrow today for $359,900.  The condo was only on the market for a total of 22 days when Farley's clients purchased the property for the full asking price of $359,900.  This was a beautiful condo that was located in the hills of an area called the "Laguna Village" in Laguna Hills, California.  The condo featured 3 large bedrooms with low homeowners association dues and no additional Mello Roos tax.
