A New Castille home in Mission Viejo, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Susie Brutosky who represented the buyer.  24881 Lirio, Mission Viejo sold for $880,000 and closed escrow on 1/20/21.  The three bedroom, two bath home was built in 1976 and featured an approximate 1,470 square feet and an attached two car garage according to our multiple listing service.  This was a very quick sale that sold on the first day of being on the open market for sale.  It was originally listed at $855,000 and sold for $25,000 higher due to the high demand for this home.  One of the reasons for this is that the home has been updated on both the inside and outside which included a new central AC/HVAC cooling systems, tankless water heater.  The backyard also featured a newer custom pool and jacuzzi area as well as a built in barbecue area.
