A Niguel Beach Terrace condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agent Charlie Gilbert who represented the buyer in this real estate transaction.  The property located 34010 Selva Road #7 sold for $560,000 and closed escrow on 9/04/2015.  The two bedroom condo was built in 1982 and featured 1,021 square feet of living space and was on the market for a total of 20 days and sold for 98% of the original list price of $569,000.  The condo was the largest two bedroom model that came with vaulted ceilings, two exterior patios that were located off the living room and master bedroom.  The property was nicely upgraded with granite counters and rich hardwood flooring and located just blocks to Strands Beach.
