A San Clemente ocean front condo has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate who represented the buyer.  259 Avenida Lobeiro #5 sold for $1,587,500 and closed escrow on 2/05/2021.  The two bedroom condo featured an approximate 1,411 square feet of living space.  This was a private sale that sold before it came on the open market as often happens when a buyer is specifically looking to buy in one location.  The name of the building where the condo was located was called Sea Bluff which dates back to 1974 when it was first built.  Since this time many of the condos have been renovated and can offer stunning unobstructed ocean views.  The location is situated next to the San Clemente state beach area in the popular Southwest San Clemente area.  Avenida Lobeiro is a very popular street that features many oceanfront and ocean view condos and homes.
