An ocean view home in Sausalito, California has just been sold by Beach Cities Real Estate agents Sam Smith & Jo Lee who represented the buyer.  2 Spring Hill Circle sold for $2,970,000 which closed escrow on 06/07/23.  The four bedroom home was originally listed at $3,500,000 and then lowered down to $2,990,000 which caused it to sell after being on the market for a total of 38 days.  It featured an approximate 2,782 square feet with two different levels of living space.  The main entertainment level featured a large living room that offered wonderful ocean views along with a formal dining room, kitchen and powder room.  Upstairs featured all of the bedrooms which included a very large primary bedroom that offered the best views in this property as pictured above. This was probably the biggest selling feature as the view which was truly amazing as you could see the boats in the water looking towards Belvedere and Tiburon.  Some of the highlight included an upgraded kitchen with marble counter and countertops, cedar walk-in closet, multiple outdoor decks, small grassy front side yard and a nice living room gas fireplace.
