A Malibu ocean view unit has just been leased by The McDonald Team of Beach Cities Real Estate who was the buyer's representative. The property located at 6360 Gayton Place #B, Malibu leased for $2,550 a month as a long term lease. The single family residence had been divided into three units and were all rented in the month of March 2015. Unit #A was a studio unit that leased for $1,750 a month while unit #C was a two bedroom that leased for $2,900 a month. Unit #B was a one bedroom, one bath unit that featured new carpet and paint. The house offered onsite laundry and great views of the ocean. The rent included water and electricity and was located in the gated Cavalleri community.
