The Lake Park homeowners association phone number is 949-535-4510.  Please contact them with any association related questions.  The association provides a nice community pool and spa area as well as a very large children playground as pictured below.  The location is really great that offers easy freeway access on to both the 73 and 5 freeways.  The community typically has low homeowners association dues with no additional Mello Roos.
