The Pointe Monarch community homeowners association due phone number is 949-855-1800.  Please contact them with any management related questions.  The dues average $360.00 month and include the gated entrance and common area ground maintenance.  This is a luxury gated community located behind the gates of the Monarch Beach Resort and adjacent to the Monarch Beach Golf links.  The community is a very short distance to the St. Regis Hotel, Ritz Carlton and the Salt Creek Beach.  Many of the rooms are generous size with large Master Bedrooms as pictured below.
